Account Creation, Security & Policy
To create an account on jilibd, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately. Each individual may register only one account; operating multiple accounts is strictly forbidden.
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Jilibd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, submission of false information, operating multiple accounts, or disrupting the normal functioning of the platform. If an account is closed, any remaining balance will be subject to jilibd's sole discretion, and in cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in immediate account closure, in addition to legal action taken by jilibd. Maintaining the integrity of the platform is a shared responsibility of all users.
Payment, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the jilibd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Both deposits and withdrawals can be processed using mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate account numbers and information at the time of each transaction; jilibd is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect details.
For withdrawals, users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Requests to transfer funds to third-party accounts will be declined, and additional information may be requested to verify suspicious transactions. jilibd reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold until the security verification process is complete.
